You already use AI. You're using 10% of it.
You open ChatGPT. You've tried Copilot. It tidies your emails and drafts the odd doc. Here's the uncomfortable part: that's the shallow end, and it's where almost everyone stays. The people pulling ahead this year aren't using better tools than you — they're using the same tools far more deeply. In three live hours, you join them.
The gap nobody warns you about
The tools got 10x better.
Your habits didn't.
The risk was never that you'd ignore AI. You didn't. The risk is quieter: you settled into using it as fancy autocomplete while the capability kept climbing — and the distance between "I use ChatGPT sometimes" and "my work runs through AI" is now the gap between the people getting promoted and the people getting nervous.
One question, one answer, close the tab. You've never handed it a whole task and stayed in charge of it.
ChatGPT here, a doc there, a spreadsheet, an email. The AI never touches the actual system your work lives in.
The AI built into your Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace can do far more than the one thing you occasionally ask it for.
You re-explain your role, your clients, your context every single time. Nothing you tell it ever sticks or compounds.
So you double-check everything and save no time — or you paste it raw and quietly become part of the AI-slop problem.
Everything is manual, every time. Not one workflow that does the boring 80% while you're in a meeting.
The pressure is real, not hype ↓
Why this is urgent
The cost of the 90%
you're not using.
You're using 10% of what you already pay for.
Early-bird $49 until 1 Aug · then $69 · Sat 29 Aug, live online
This is not an AI-101
You don't need another tool.
You need to be the 10% who use it well.
"Turn On the AI You Already Pay For" takes the tools already on your laptop and rewires how you use them. No new subscriptions. No theory dumps. Three live hours, worked examples pulled straight from real knowledge work, and a coach catching the fumble in the moment. You leave having done it, not having watched a slide about it.
The shift
From the 90%
to the 10%.
Almost everyone dabbles. Here's how the few who actually get results work — and where you'll be by the end of the session.
How the 90% use AI the crowd, today
- Ask a question, copy the answer, close the tab
- One chatbot in a browser, away from the real work
- Re-type the same context every single time
- Rewrite the output because they don't trust it
- Everything still manual, every time
How the 10% use AI where you'll be
- Hand it whole tasks and stay in charge with checkpoints
- AI working inside the apps where the work already lives
- Context that persists, so it knows their world
- Output they can ship — because they know how to steer and check it
- A workflow that runs the boring 80% without them
The objectives
What you'll be able
to do by the end.
Six outcomes you'll walk away owning — not concepts you'll have heard about once.
Use the AI already in your apps
Get the assistants built into the software you're in all day actually pulling weight, instead of sitting there unused.
Brief it so it's right the first time
Turn vague requests into clear instructions, so you get usable output straight away instead of an endless game of trial and error.
Master the moves that save real hours
The handful of high-leverage tasks — summarising, drafting, triaging, pulling out decisions — done in a fraction of the time.
Give it memory of your world
Feed AI your context so it stops starting from zero every time and begins to work the way you actually do.
Build something that runs without you
Turn a task you repeat every week into a workflow that handles the boring part while you're doing something else.
Keep your judgment and credibility
Spot confident nonsense, know when not to reach for AI, and stay on the right side of the line so you never ship slop.
How it runs
Live. Hands-on.
Not a webinar.
Three hours online, presentation-led and fully interactive — you're doing the reps, not just watching.
Each move demonstrated end to end, with the exact steps on screen.
You do the reps live on worked examples — a workshop, not a lecture.
Compare approaches in a small group, coached in real time.
Ask anything, then keep the 30-day replay to run it again on your own.
What's included

The house rule
Change how you work by Monday, or it's free.
Show up, do the reps — and if your Monday still looks exactly like last Monday, tell us, loudly, and we refund the session. We train on feedback, same as you will. Scepticism encouraged.
Before you ask
Fair questions.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a browser, you can do everything in this session. We start from exactly where you are.
Which tools does it cover?
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and Claude — plus the AI built into Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The moves transfer across all of them.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No. Free tiers are enough to follow along. If your workplace already has Copilot or Gemini, even better — we'll get more out of them.
Is it really all online?
Yes — live on video. Presentation-led with hands-on exercises, breakout rooms and open Q&A. You'll want a laptop and a quiet three hours.
Will there be a recording?
Every seat includes a 30-day replay, so you can run the moves again in your own time.
What if it's not for me?
Change how you work by Monday or it's free. Do the reps, and if your week looks no different, tell us and we refund it.
Can my whole team come?
Absolutely. And if you want it tailored to your team's actual workflows, ask about a Squad.
What cohorts say
Real reviews.
Earned in the room.
“It opened our eyes to agentic AI. I'll use it to schedule meetings and emails, and automate the repetitive changes in my spreadsheets.”
“Highly informative, practical and technically enriching. My biggest takeaway was how context-driven interaction makes AI far more effective.”
“An engaging session from start to finish. I'll be using AI agents — a genuinely new concept, and one worth the practice.”
“This finally pushed me to explore the paid tools. As a frequent AI user, I realised what I'd been missing — going from novice to power user.”
“It's always fun to learn and explore in these sessions. I'll definitely organise my files far better now.”
“For organising and manipulating your data, it's perfect.”
